Job Title: Senior Cost Management Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Senior Cost Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing project costs, conducting feasibility studies, preparing tenders, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to analyze costs, manage budgets, and ensure the financial success of our projects.

Your expertise will be integral to achieving optimal value, compliance with project specifications, and maintaining quality throughout the lifecycle of each project. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Cost Management:
  • Prepare and manage detailed budgets, cost plans, and cost analyses for assigned projects.
  • Conduct regular cost checks, audits, and valuations to control project costs and expenditures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of cost management, tendering, and contract administration.
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying software.
  • Knowledge of construction law, procurement best practices, and risk management.
