About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Financial Solutions Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing financial solutions to customers who are experiencing financial difficulty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored financial solutions to customers, including affordable repayment plans.
  • Make and receive calls to/from customers, managing a variety of customer accounts.
  • Investigate customer debt and provide personalized and customer-focused service.
  • Ensure compliance with all outcomes and activities held within the Consumer Duty regulation.
  • Work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with varied shift patterns.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to help customers.
  • Customer service experience, whether face-to-face or in a call centre environment.
  • The ability to use different systems and accurately reflect conversations and outcomes.
  • Good numeracy and English literacy skills to help break down complexities around financial products and solutions.

  • A competitive starting base salary of £25,440 with OTE up to £29,256 (bonus paid monthly, subject to performance).
