About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Solutions Associate to join our team at Intrum. As a Financial Solutions Associate, you will play a critical role in providing financial assistance to customers who are experiencing financial difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: You will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their financial situations and provide tailored solutions to help them manage their debt.
  • Financial Analysis: You will analyze customer financial data to identify areas where we can provide assistance and develop strategies to help customers get back on track.
  • Communication: You will communicate with customers in a clear and empathetic manner, providing them with options and solutions to help them manage their debt.
  • Problem-Solving: You will work with customers to identify and resolve financial issues, providing them with guidance and support to help them make informed decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and support.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers and provide them with clear and concise information.
  • Financial Knowledge: You will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and be able to analyze customer financial data to identify areas where we can provide assistance.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You will have strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve financial issues and provide customers with guidance and support.
  • Customer Service Experience: You will have experience in customer service, preferably in a financial or debt resolution environment.
  • Education: You will have a degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business.
