About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Financial Associate. As a key member of our call centre team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and financial solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored financial solutions to customers experiencing financial difficulty
  • Make and receive calls to/from customers, managing a variety of customer accounts
  • Investigate customer debt and provide personalized solutions to reduce overall customer debt
  • Ensure compliance with Consumer Duty regulation and drive fair outcomes for customers
  • Work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with varied shift patterns
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a positive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual who is ready to make a real difference. You will have excellent communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to work with sensitive and challenging conversations.

What We Offer

At Intrum, we offer a competitive starting base salary of £25,440 with OTE up to £29,256, 33 days holiday including bank holidays, and access to a contributory workplace pension scheme. You will also have the opportunity to participate in gadget schemes, access private medical insurance, and enjoy a supportive and inclusive work environment.
