We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants in Caerphilly and surrounding areas. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live longer, healthier, and happier lives in their own homes.

This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference in people's lives, providing companionship, reassurance, and joy to those we care for. You will be responsible for assisting with personal care, including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks.

We have a flexible approach to shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights, allowing you to achieve a healthy work-life balance. As a Care Assistant, you will usually have every other weekend off. Our benefits include:

The estimated salary for this role is around £14,000-£18,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
