We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Community Support Workers. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care to elderly and vulnerable adults within their own homes.
Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building lasting relationships and has a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will be working as part of our knowledgeable and passionate team, providing an outcome-focused service that delivers results.
With various hours available to suit your lifestyle, we offer flexible working patterns between 7.00am-3.00pm and 3.00pm-10.00pm. Depending on your availability, we can offer part-time and full-time contracts to suit your needs, with the option of extra bank hours.
This is a domiciliary care role, which may include sits. You will make calls to service users throughout your shift and must be prepared to travel within the service catchment area and work every other weekend or 1 day each weekend.
A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle with 'business use' car insurance are essential to undertake this role.
We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, including weekends, as well as a weekend Shift Allowance of £10.00 per day. You will also qualify for a mileage allowance of 45p per mile and a Fuel Card, ensuring you do not incur any additional costs for fuel.
In addition to these benefits, we offer:
- A Travel time allowance of £11.44 per hour for continuous calls from one service user to another

We do not require any formal qualifications or previous experience in the care sector. Full training and support will be given to ensure your success in this role.
