Care Assistant Role

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in Caerphilly. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing them with the care and support they need to live independently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing and dressing
  • Manage medications and administer prescribed treatments
  • Prepare hot meals and assist with domestic tasks

**Requirements:

  • No experience required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights

  • Enhanced bank holiday rate of £24 (£24.50 Christmas and New Year)
