We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at UKCIL. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with sight impairment in their daily life. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with daily living tasks, including cooking meals, administering medication, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment. • Provide support with shopping and social activities, promoting independence and a fulfilling lifestyle. • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the individual, understanding their needs and preferences. Requirements: • A caring and empathetic approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality support. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the individual and other stakeholders. • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
