Support Worker

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to our customers with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and care to customers with complex needs, including those with epilepsy and cerebral palsy.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as routine checks and personal care.
- Work as part of a team to maintain a warm and homely environment.
- Develop relationships with customers and support them to achieve their goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience is not necessary, as we provide full training and support.
- Good communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers and other team members.
- Being a driver with access to a car is desirable, but not essential.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.20 for waking night shifts and £12.71 for waking weekend shifts.
