We are seeking Support Workers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities or additional needs. As a Support Worker with The Avalon Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of people, supporting them with daily living skills, attending appointments, and finding work.

Flexibility and Job Security

We offer flexible working hours, including full-time, part-time, and casual shifts, to accommodate your needs and commitments. Our hourly rates start at £11.50, with enhanced rates for evenings and weekends, plus paid mileage and great benefits.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a car driver and have a valid Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Certificate. You will also need to be able to work a range of different shift patterns, including weekends.
