About the Role

Centre People is looking for a Strategic Account Growth Lead to join their team.

Job Description

This is a senior role that involves developing and implementing business growth strategies, managing P&L, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Category Management
  • Implementing joint marketing activities
  • Strong account management skills
  • Negotiations and communication
  • Developing accounts and building professional relationships
  • Defending and growing existing sales, distributions, and profitability
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years of sales/account management experience in a similar industry, within the UK or Europe
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Previous experience dealing with high-profile blue-chip accounts
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft suite
  • Fluent verbal and written English skills
