Sherborne Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the installation of fire stopping to service penetrations and ensure all projects meet regulatory standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate fire stoppage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Oversee the installation of fire stopping to service penetrations, ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and safety records, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Supervise and support installation teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
Requirements:
- IPAF Certification (International Powered Access Federation) and Fire Stopping NVQ Level 2 qualification.
- Proven experience in fire stopping installation and project management, with a strong understanding of fire safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites, with a flexible approach to work assignments.
