About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Catering Assistant to join our team at Dolywern care home. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Cook in delivering high-quality food and beverage services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring that all food is presented in a healthy and appetizing manner.
- Support the Cook in maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Help to plan and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents.
- Assist with the delivery of food and beverages to residents, ensuring that they receive excellent customer service.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and residents.
