Catering Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Leonard Cheshire. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food and beverage services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Cook in the delivery of food and beverage services, ensuring that meals are healthy, nutritious, and meet specific dietary requirements.
- Support residents at mealtimes, maintaining exceptional levels of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Participate in a range of events throughout the year, including celebrations and special occasions.
Requirements:
- Food preparation experience and a strong understanding of safe food handling procedures.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate or willingness to work towards.
- Flexibility to work in accordance with rostered hours.

Additional Information:
A night enhancement of £1.50 per hour will apply from 8pm to 7am Monday – Sunday. A weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour will be paid from 7am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday.
