Catering Support Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Leonard Cheshire. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Cook in the delivery of high-quality food and beverage services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of meals, ensuring that they are healthy, nutritious, and meet the dietary requirements of our residents.
- Support our residents at mealtimes, providing exceptional levels of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to strict food hygiene and handling procedures.
- Participate in the planning and preparation of special events and celebrations, ensuring that they are enjoyable and memorable for our residents.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food preparation and a strong understanding of safe food handling procedures.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate or willingness to work towards.
- Flexibility to work in accordance with rostered hours.

Working Hours:
