**Job Summary**

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and enhancement of our employment support services. You will be responsible for leading a team of over 80 dedicated staff across multiple sites to achieve outstanding outcomes and meet commissioner-led targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and manage a team of 80+ staff across multiple sites, ensuring high performance and achievement of programme targets
* Oversee core services, including IPS in Primary Care, IPS in SMI, and Employment Advisors in Talking Therapies, while ensuring all contractual obligations are met
* Implement and uphold quality assurance standards, safeguarding measures, and robust governance practices
* Monitor budgets, identify cost efficiencies, and achieve financial goals within agreed parameters
* Collaborate with Business Development on tendering for new services and retaining existing ones

**Requirements**

* Strong leadership and project management abilities, with a proven track record of leading large teams to success
* Excellent financial management skills, with the ability to monitor budgets and identify efficiencies
* Effective communicator and public speaker, with strong report writing and marketing capabilities
* Skilled in building strategic partnerships and influencing key stakeholders
* Proficient in using technology to enhance service delivery and effectiveness
