Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team. As a Preventative Maintenance Specialist, you will work closely with our customers to ensure the optimal performance of their heavy mobile plant equipment.

Your primary responsibility will be to carry out routine servicing and maintenance of the equipment, including oil sampling and visual inspections. You will also be required to identify and repair any issues that may arise during the maintenance process.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with our customers and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of heavy mobile plant equipment
  • Identify and repair any issues that may arise during the maintenance process
  • Interact with customers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a related field
  • Formal training in health and safety desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
