As the General Practice Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of accountants and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality work output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of accountants and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality work output.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed performance targets, including revenue generation and client satisfaction.
- Oversee all client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for key accounts and providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the accounting team, providing feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant), ACA or ACCA (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on general practice management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including tax regulations.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
