Job Title: Accountancy Practice Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountancy Practice Supervisor to join our team at NHS. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing leadership and guidance to staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the HR processes, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee the financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage the practice's IT systems and ensure data security.
  • Develop and implement projects to improve practice efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Primary Care Network (PCN) and locality commissioners to promote collaborative working.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and data protection principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £45,000 to £55,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time).
