Accountancy Practice Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountancy Practice Supervisor to join our team at VC Evidensia UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, boosting team engagement, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and manage the monthly payroll, including processing overtime and handling company sick pay and SSP payments.
- Oversee diary schedules, manage health and safety within the practices, and take care of facilities and equipment.
- Participate in the annual pay review and staff cost budgeting process, conduct appraisals and performance management for all non-clinical staff.
- Work with the Operations team to plan and promote practice events, such as Pet Health Plans, career days, discounts, and bundles.
- Manage client complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
- Strong background in leadership, operational management, and achieving financial targets.
- Experience in IT, HR, and H&S, with knowledge of engagement drivers, conflict resolution, and complaint handling.
- Excellent financial acumen, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management skills.
- Strong communication, self-motivation, effective time management, and strong interpersonal abilities.
- A full driving license is required, as the role involves travel between branches and to external meetings.
- Competitive salary up to £31,000 per annum (DOE).
