Therapy Services Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to manage our Therapy Services team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will have a degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy recognised by the Health and Care Professions Council and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Occupational Therapists, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service outcomes.
- Collaborate with other professionals to promote a multi-disciplinary approach to living well at home.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this role is £37,626 - £44,257 per annum. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including access to our Employee Assistance Programme and ongoing training and development opportunities.
