The Role:
  

We are seeking a highly motivated Charity Physiotherapy Team Lead to oversee the delivery of our specialist neurological services. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing innovative income generation strategies, building long-term relationships with stakeholders, and driving business development forward.

You will have proven experience at Executive or Board level, with a genuine interest in both the charity sector and the future direction of hospice care. We are particularly interested in recruiting Trustees with expertise in business management, facilities management, HR management, public relations/marketing, and healthcare management.

As a Trustee, you will have the chance to support and shape the work and strategic direction of Compass Therapy Centre, making a significant contribution to a cause that matters to you for the benefit of our community.
