We are recruiting a Charity Store Supervisor to lead our team at DEBRA's store in Stockbridge. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make a real difference in your community.

As a Charity Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing a team of volunteers, and ensuring that all areas of the shop are running smoothly. You will also be involved in planning and implementing promotional activities to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a generous holiday allowance.
