About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Supervisor to join our team at AllSaints. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

As a Store Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team of stylists, providing coaching and support to help them succeed in their roles.

Your primary focus will be on trading on the shop floor, working closely with your team to ensure that customers receive outstanding service. You will also be responsible for managing online customer queries, emails, chats, and calls across multiple topics relating to product and customer orders.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will work closely with our specialist customer experience team leaders to manage team KPIs and SLAs for online customer support. You will also be expected to develop your business acumen, ensuring that the store runs seamlessly and that your team members receive the support and coaching they need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of stylists, providing coaching and support to help them succeed in their roles.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage online customer queries, emails, chats, and calls across multiple topics relating to product and customer orders.
  • Work closely with our specialist customer experience team leaders to manage team KPIs and SLAs for online customer support.
  • Develop your business acumen, ensuring that the store runs seamlessly and that your team members receive the support and coaching they need.

Requirements:

  • A strong track record of success in a retail or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
