Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Retail Operations Supervisor to join our team at The Boots Company PLC. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing a team, and contributing to clinical activities such as patient pre-screening, dispensing, and accuracy checks. You will also provide leadership and development opportunities to your team members, helping them shape their future careers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical knowledge through our industry-leading 'Step into Optics' programme and access leadership training programmes to further enhance your skills.

Responsibilities
This is a varied role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. As a Clinical Retail Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
  • Oversight of store operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Management of a team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality clinical care
  • Contribution to clinical activities, including patient pre-screening, dispensing, and accuracy checks
As a member of our retail operations team, you will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company policies and procedures. We estimate the salary for this role to be around £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
