Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Moorepay Limited, a leading provider of HR and Payroll solutions in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their payrolls are managed timely, accurately, and securely.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, with experience working with SaaS products and applications. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. In addition, you will have the ability to take ownership of decision-making when required and be comfortable working with others to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.

The role involves working on a hybrid basis, with some travel to other offices may be required from time to time. You will be responsible for answering customer queries about the Moorepay systems via Zendesk and telephone within service level agreements, striving for customer advocacy and first contact resolution. You will also provide support to customers on a service improvement plan and liaise with internal stakeholders to help manage a customer's payroll.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Working closely with the Technical Support team to investigate and resolve issues
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Recording details of all client interactions using Zendesk
  • Creating knowledge articles for customers and colleagues to utilise in the help centre

In return, we offer a competitive base salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, private medical insurance, life assurance, and a comprehensive programme of learning and development.
