Warehouse Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all colleagues within the team are trained in their respective tasks, adhering to Health & Safety rules and procedures while meeting or exceeding operational requirements within the contract.
Key Responsibilities- Team management and leadership
- Maintaining a constant presence within the warehouse, delivering shift briefs, and preparing handovers
- Experience in leading a team within a fast-paced operation of FMCG, automation, and multi-channel
- Well-versed in warehouse management systems
