Warehouse Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives and ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct line management and coaching of warehouse operatives, including 1:1 meetings to discuss performance and set SMART goals.
- Working with the section manager to monitor delivery to plan and identify areas for improvement.
- Driving performance on key metrics to ensure an efficient warehouse operation that meets customer demand.
- Ensuring the highest standards of safety on site, working with the safety team to implement safety routines and procedures.
- Reviewing and managing labour plans to ensure adequate cover and sharing feedback with the section manager.
- Providing detailed analysis of performance and creating plans to bridge gaps.
- Partnering with the warehouse leadership team to ensure strategic activity is on track and supported.
- Supporting the implementation of culture change and turnover reduction initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management.
- High potential for people and change management.
- Good systems skills and a customer-focused approach to operational management.
- Resilient, flexible, and approachable with strong problem-solving abilities.
