Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Accommodation Office team at GXO Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of warehouse operatives to achieve operational excellence
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure team members are equipped to perform their roles
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
- Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Proven experience in a team leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
