Rural Operations Coordinator

Owen Reed is seeking a Rural Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in coordinating rural operations, providing administrative support to senior stakeholders, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive individual who can take ownership of tasks, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate rural operations, including managing mailboxes, diaries, and electronic filing systems.
  • Provide administrative support to senior stakeholders, including calendar management, meeting organisation, and travel coordination.
  • Collaborate with the document production team to create impactful pitches, presentations, and other materials.
  • Assist with workflow management, delegation, and task completion, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and support teams.
  • Support financial administration, coordinating with billing and finance teams, and ensuring compliance with policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional experience in a similar role or environment, enabling seamless adaptation to a busy setting.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to delegate tasks and maintain ownership of activities.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Copilot.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving work environments and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Cultivate strong relationships internally and externally, collaborating effectively.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
