We are looking for an experienced Children and Young People Services Manager to join our team at CV-Library. As a Registered Manager, you will lead a team of colleagues and facilitate their professional development so that they not only provide high-quality care and support but are enabled to fulfil their own career potential too.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a warm and friendly home that provides a safe and supportive environment for children and young people to achieve positive outcomes that are authentic to them.
  • Achieve compliance with the Children's Homes Regulations and ensure your home is always able to evidence a high standard of care and quality.
  • Undertake a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management so you have all the knowledge and skills you need to help your team achieve success.

As a Registered Manager, you will inspire and lead your team in their roles working with children and young people and ensure they have everything they need to enable the most appropriate outcomes for each individual.

We're looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years' experience of managing an Ofsted home that carries a rating of good or above. You should hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children's and Young People's Workforce or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification in Children and Young People's Services.

The salary for this position is £51,500 per annum, plus a £7,500 joining bonus*.
