Job Title: Custody Nurse/Paramedic

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Custody Nurse/Paramedic to join our team at the NHS. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to detainees in custody suites.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Police to provide healthcare services to detainees
  • Deliver healthcare to detainees in custody suites
  • Work in a dynamic and innovative environment with opportunities for progression and extensive training
  • Participate in a team rota pattern of 4 shifts on and 4 days off for full-time positions, or 2 day shifts on, 8 days, 2 nights, 4 days off for part-time positions
  • Enjoy a competitive salary of £20,000 for part-time positions, with opportunities for overtime
  • Benefit from a £1000 bonus after completing 12 months of service, and a £500 bonus for part-time positions
  • Take advantage of NMC/HCPC Registration paid
Requirements:
  • RN, RGN, or RMN with dual registration: 2 years post-qualification experience, minimum Band 5
  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a patient-facing role within a relevant field
  • Driving Licence required
  • Must have RTW in the UK, lived in the UK for 3 years, and hold a British Passport or ILR
