Job Title: Custody Nurse/Paramedic

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Custody Nurse/Paramedic to join our team at the NHS. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to detainees in custody suites, working collaboratively with the Police to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse or paramedic to redirect their career and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in custody. With full training provided, you will have the chance to develop your clinical, forensic, and broader skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver healthcare services to detainees in custody suites, working in collaboration with the Police.
  • Provide high-quality care, taking pride in being part of a team that shares a vision of delivering exceptional healthcare services.
  • Develop clinical, forensic, and broader skills through full training and ongoing support.
  • Work in a dynamic and innovative environment, with opportunities for progression and career development.
Requirements
  • RN, RGN, or RMN with dual registration: 2 years post-qualification experience, minimum Band 5.
  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a patient-facing role within a relevant field.
  • Driving Licence (required).
  • Must have RTW in the UK, lived in the UK, British Passport, or ILR for 3 years + no gaps out of country more than 3 months.
