Job Title: Senior Quality Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Advisor to join our Quality and Standards team. As a Senior Quality Advisor, you will be responsible for working with businesses across the tourism industry to ensure they meet the required standards and quality assurance schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct statutory inspections and quality assurance assessments to ensure businesses meet the required standards.
  • Provide advisory services to businesses to help them improve their quality and customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the tourism industry, including hotels, guest houses, and visitor attractions.
  • Evaluate and analyze assessment results to provide high-quality feedback to businesses.
  • Produce high-quality reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A sixth-level qualification (undergraduate degree) in a relevant field, such as hospitality, tourism, or quality management.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the tourism and hospitality sector.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, including report writing and presentation skills.
  • IT and computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
