Senior Sales Advisor

Join Winemark as a Senior Sales Advisor and take on a challenging role that requires excellent customer service skills, sales acumen, and leadership abilities.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our sales team in the Greater Belfast Area. As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
- Support the Store Manager in staff training and development, motivating and encouraging the team to achieve sales targets.
- Assist with stock management, ensuring staff adhere to all Company instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Operate the store in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as investigating cash and stock discrepancies, payroll, and marketing.
- Maths and English GCSE (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a retail environment.
- Proven ability to solve problems and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Leadership qualities and potential to lead a team of people in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Previous experience of an EPOS system and cash handling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
