Senior Sales Advisor

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our sales team in the Greater Belfast Area. As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Drive sales growth by identifying and acting on selling opportunities, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of store products.
- Support the Store Manager in staff training and development, motivating and encouraging the team to achieve sales targets.
- Assist with stock management, ensuring staff adhere to all Company instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Control and operate a Winemark store in the Store Manager's absence, in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Previous experience of an EPOS system and cash handling.
- Ability to sustain consistent performance under pressure and take on extra responsibility when required.
