Highly Skilled Document Production Coordinator

Job Description:
The role of a Document Production Coordinator is to provide exceptional support to the firm's fee earners by ensuring timely and accurate document production. As a highly skilled professional, you will be responsible for managing workflow processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret complex briefs and clarify requirements with team members to ensure seamless execution
- Review attachments in the DPC inbox and on BigHand Now to ensure accessibility and relevance
- Oversee all aspects of production work, including correspondence, documents, reports, deeds, bundles, bibles, and data rooms
- Maintain house style and adhere to specific systems/procedures throughout the production process
Requirements:
- Exceptional technical skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience in document production, practices, and technologies
- Able to multitask, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Deliver creative and timely solutions
