Highly Skilled Document Specialist

At Pinsent Masons, we are seeking a highly skilled Document Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide proactive and professional support to our practice groups, including audio/digital dictation, typing, and document manipulation.
This role requires advanced document skills, including accurate typing, spelling, grammar, and proofreading. The ideal candidate will have experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, and PDF conversion software, as well as knowledge of document management systems.
The Document Specialist will work closely with our Business Development Brand and Comms team to ensure our visual identity standards are upheld. A team-working and collaborative approach is essential to fulfilling the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality document support to practice groups
- Develop and maintain advanced document skills
- Work closely with the Business Development Brand and Comms team
- Ensure visual identity standards are upheld

We are looking for candidates who ideally have the following skills and experience:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and PDF conversion software
- Experience with document management systems
- Good knowledge of Outlook
- Good knowledge of Visio (desirable)
- Knowledge of print/production processes and brand/visual identity best practice (desirable)
- Knowledge of DocuSign (desirable)
