We are seeking a highly skilled Document Production Specialist to join our team at Montresor Legal.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a legal environment or a strong administrative/document production background, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will possess a high attention to detail, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and document management systems. Additionally, they should be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle confidential information with discretion.

This is a fully remote position, offering flexible opportunities for individuals who can work daytime or evening shifts. We welcome applications from candidates based anywhere in the UK who are open to finding a schedule that suits their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, format, and edit legal documents: Contracts, agreements, reports, and presentations must be accurate, consistent, and adhere to the firm's formatting standards.
  • Ensure document accuracy and consistency: All documents must be thoroughly reviewed for spelling, grammar, and typographical errors.
  • Convert and reformat documents: Between various file types, including PDF, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail: Handle sensitive information with care and maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Manage multiple assignments and deadlines: Deliver high-quality work on time, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff: Clearly understand document requirements and deliver results accordingly.

  • Experience in a legal environment: Strong administrative or document production background.
  • Excellent communication skills: Written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • High attention to detail: Ability to produce accurate and polished work.

  • Independent work and time management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Flexible working hours: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings if required.
