Job Title: Front of House Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front of House Coordinator to join our team at Anderson Clark Limited. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our workplace and providing exceptional service to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily walk-throughs to identify and address any issues or concerns
  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental policies to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and vendors to promote excellent customer service
  • Perform reception duties, including booking meeting rooms, welcoming and escorting visitors, and providing hospitality
  • Provide IT support, including troubleshooting and logging issues
  • Assist with setting up meeting rooms and reconfiguring spaces as needed
  • Monitor the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance works to ensure contract KPIs and SLAs are met
  • Order stationery, consumables, and other supplies as needed
  • Coordinate office events and activities
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality, service, and presentation of the business
  • Communicate effectively with the team, stakeholders, and clients through various channels
Requirements:
  • Experience in a high-profile Front of House environment
  • Facilities or workplace management experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
