About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Field Engineer/Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Experis IT. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive hardware support, covering a range of devices such as laptops, desktops, tablets, docking stations, printers, and Multi-Function Devices (MFDs).

With extensive experience in supporting and managing Windows 10/11 operating systems, Virtual Desktops, Active Directory, Anti-virus solutions, SCCM, InTune, and the full suite of Microsoft 365 products, you will be highly skilled in diagnosing and resolving issues related to corporate networks and IT infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level hardware support for a range of devices, including laptops, desktops, tablets, docking stations, printers, and MFDs.
  • Support and manage Windows 10/11 operating systems, Virtual Desktops, Active Directory, Anti-virus solutions, SCCM, InTune, and Microsoft 365 products.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to corporate networks and IT infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry, applying this knowledge to improve processes and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Expert-level knowledge of hardware support, including laptops, desktops, tablets, docking stations, printers, and MFDs.
  • Extensive experience in supporting and managing Windows 10/11 operating systems, Virtual Desktops, Active Directory, Anti-virus solutions, SCCM, InTune, and Microsoft 365 products.
  • Highly skilled in diagnosing and resolving issues related to corporate networks and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
