Job Title: ICT Senior Helpdesk Operator

Are you a seasoned IT professional looking for a challenging role that will utilize your technical expertise and problem-solving skills? We are seeking an experienced ICT Senior Helpdesk Operator to join our team at Henderson Scott.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an escalation point for junior support engineers, providing guidance and advice on complex technical issues.
  • Deliver and manage client projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Monitor and manage client issues, providing regular updates and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Investigate technical faults, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver smooth IT implementations, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and technical advice, adhering to SLAs and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022
  • Office 365 - Exchange, SharePoint (Admin and Migrations), Dynamics
  • Azure - Scoping and building Virtual Machines, Networking, and overall management
  • Cyber Security tools and technologies
  • VoIP installation, configuration, and general administration
  • Proficient in networking support with Switches, Routers, access points, Firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and WAN/LAN technologies
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Work Pattern:

8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Salary:

GBP40k-GBP50k DOE
