Senior Technical Analyst

This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional IT professional to take on a senior technical role in a dynamic and forward-thinking company. As a Senior Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of complex technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions
  • Assess and select new IT services and solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and are securely implemented
  • Develop and implement processes and training programs for ongoing onboarding and support requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Technical Requirements:

  • Microsoft 365 – Exchange, Sharepoint, Power BI, Dynamics
  • Cyber-security tools, technologies, and processes
  • VOIP, including diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft and Apple Operating Systems
  • LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/Internet networking maintenance and fault analysis/resolution
  • TCPIP / Routers / VPN / Firewalls / VLAN / DNS
  • Active Directory/GPO
  • Backup Management
  • Remote Management and Monitoring systems (e.g. Kaseya VSA, Connectwise Automate, etc.)

Desirable Skills:

  • Microsoft Azure – Scoping, building (virtual machines, networking, and security)
  • Apple Mac/macOS
