Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our IT Transformation team in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Business Analysis team and driving change and improvements within the business.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a high level of experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma practices and data-driven approaches. You will be able to work on complex projects, lead a team of Business Analysts, and develop team members. Your excellent communication skills, tact, and diplomacy will enable you to effectively liaise with stakeholders in a rapidly changing business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Business Analysis team and drive change and improvements within the business
  • Ensure consistency of process and documentation within the Business Analysis team
  • Provide support to other Business Analysts in the team
  • Mentor less experienced members of the Business Analysis team
  • Carry out the role of Business Analyst on projects, including analysis, documentation, testing, and training
Requirements:
  • High level of experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma practices and data-driven approaches
  • Ability to work on complex projects and lead a team of Business Analysts
  • Excellent communication skills, tact, and diplomacy
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
  • Demonstrable experience of requirements gathering, workshop delivery, process mapping, and gap analysis
