About the Role

As a Business Analyst Graduate, you will be part of a structured graduate program that provides a comprehensive understanding of the business and its operations. You will work closely with senior staff members and participate in a rotational program to gain hands-on experience in different areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients and customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Write functional requirements and use cases to ensure that client specifications are met.
  • Build strong working relationships with customers and resolve any issues or queries that may arise.
  • Develop analytical capabilities and apply them to business problems.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders through written and verbal reports.
  • Work to tight deadlines and multitask to ensure that projects are completed on time.
  • Develop excellent presentation skills and be able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Well-developed time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
