About the Role

Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Analyst Graduate. As a Business Analyst Graduate, you will be responsible for working with our clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Provide analytical support to senior management to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
