About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Property Management Coordinator to join our Business Support team at ENGINEERINGUK. The successful candidate will have line management responsibility for the Estates and FM support and front of house teams, direct responsibility for the CAFM property management system, Condeco Resource Booking Application and Everything Telent Estates and FM documents, and direct responsibility for the interface between Regional FMs and support team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Property Management Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the FMHelpdesk and ensuring the end-to-end processes including reactive and Planned Preventative Management tasks are completed efficiently. They will also support the Facilities Lead alongside our Procurement team, ensuring ongoing contract compliance and KPI reporting. Additionally, they will coordinate with the Finance team on the production of monthly finance reports including tracking outstanding P/O's.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication and organisation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good understanding of relevant legislation and policy around Compliance, H&S and the Environment. Proficient IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint are also essential. Good telephone manner with excellent interpersonal skills with customer focus is required. Knowledge of relevant legislation and policy around Compliance, H&S and the Environment is also required.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, 34 days holiday, including public holidays, plus the option to buy or sell five days each year.
