Job Title: Highway Maintenance Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of highway maintenance work across Bristol. As a key member of our Strategic Highways Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for project managing the delivery of planned maintenance work, including road resurfacing, patching, road markings, highway drainage, winter maintenance, and preventative maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You should also have a good understanding of highways maintenance activities and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary of £43,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working, flexitime, and membership of the Local Government Pension scheme.
