Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Strategic Highway Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Strategic Highways Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality highway maintenance services across Bristol, including road resurfacing, patching, road markings, highway drainage, winter maintenance, and preventative maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in highways maintenance, with experience in project management and team leadership. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working, flexitime, and membership of the Local Government Pension scheme.
