Job Description
As a Senior Account Manager at ENGINEERINGUK, you will play a critical role in driving growth and customer satisfaction for our Amazon Business customers. With a focus on developing and owning relationships with commercial customers, you will be responsible for strategic customer and territory planning, advising customers on how to optimize their use of Amazon Business features, and identifying new product development opportunities.

We are seeking an experienced professional who is passionate about using technology to solve business challenges and drive results. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform against goals and meet targets. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own relationships with commercial customers.
  • Own strategic customer and territory planning.
  • Advise customers on how to optimally leverage Amazon Business feature sets (100+ features).
  • Identify new product development opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed targets for customers and Amazon Business.

What We Offer:
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonuses based on performance.
